How long will it take for my items to ship?

Our processing time for jewelry is 3-4 weeks unless otherwise stated in the product description. 

Stickers and art ship within 2-3 business days unless ordered with jewelry or otherwise stated in the product description.

Apparel is either ready to ship and will ship within 2-3 business days or is a preorder and the turn around time will be listed in the product description. If ordered with jewelry the apparel will ship with jewelry.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Sterling silver can oxidize or tarnish when left exposed to oxygen, store in a dry, airtight space. Clean with warm soapy water and remove tarnish with a polishing cloth. Avoid chemicals, cleaning solutions, sweat, and chlorine. It is recommended to take jewelry off while cleaning, showering, swimming, sleeping, and any activities that may cause friction against the pieces.

How do I care for my apparel?

We recommend turning inside out, machine washing on cold on a gentle cycle. Hang dry if possible, tumble dry low inside out if drying in a dryer.

What if I do not receive my package?

Once your package leaves our studio and is scanned by the shipping provider it is out of our hands. All shipments include a tracking number and shipment can be taken up with provider or with Route if purchased. 

What is your return policy?

What materials do you make your jewelry with?

All jewelry is made of sterling silver (925 silver) unless otherwise stated in the product description.

My SBW jewelry has been damaged or broken, what should I do?

We will repair any jewelry that we have made to the best of our abilities. Please reach out to us at seamboatwilliegoods.com to resolve. Purchaser is responsible for shipping back to us.
